Hey, I'm Kim - The face behind FitworX
I have been a personal trainer now for over 20 years and have worked in various gyms, in varying roles such as a manager, studio co-ordinator, group training instructor and personal trainer. Getting to work with so many lovely clients and watching them achieve their goals gives me such a buzz and it's why I have been in this industry for so long.
After having my first child I realised how hard it is to find time for yourself not only to go and have a shower in peace but to exercise and make time for YOU - this took me down the route of working with women who find exercise and juggling lifestyle demands a bit overwhelming.
I run 1-1 sessions, women's only group training, mum and baby exercise classes, online coaching and specialist rehab classes at my private studio in Aylesbury.
some random facts about me:
I have two children Reece & Myla
I have a little dog called Jack
I am a big Arsenal fan
I love playing all sports but mainly football, netball and athletics (I have competed in various levels in each)
My favourite class to teach would be spinning - it gives you such a buzz!
I have never broken any bones intentionally but have had both legs reconstructed!

Absolutely LOVE Kims sessions. I struggle with the usual gym scenario and tend to never really stick to Much but the classes are absolutely the perfect thing for me!!
Kim Has a way of making it super fun and not seem regimental, but you definitely know youve worked out! Shes super knowledgeable and has a fab Manor in the way she challenges but motivates you! No matter if I'm not feeling very 'energetic' I always look forward to coming along and come away feeling awesome. Highly reccomend

I’ve been attending Kim’s Mum & Baby classes on a Monday since October and I can’t recommend them enough. I had been wanting to start exercising again post baby but couldn’t find a suitable time to leave baby to go to a class or join the gym! These classes were just what I was looking for as baby can come with me… problem solved The babies are happy watching every week and Kim is amazing at keeping them entertained or calming them when they have a moment! I’m looking forward to continuing with the classes in the new year as they have become an important part of my ‘me time’ during maternity leave

I attended my first mum and baby fitness session this morning and it did not disappoint. Kim was excellent. Full of motivation for a Monday morning and also helped with the babies whilst the mums were working out! The exercises were great, easy to follow but at the same time gave you a great all round work out! There wasn’t any pressure to keep up and you could go at your own pace. Which is great for starting out again after having a baby. Kim also gave some advice for stretches to do at home to help with my back injury. Will be going again! Thank you Kim!
