This is why at Fitworx we make sure all our sessions are based around everyones individual levels and abilities. All sessions are fun and varied and of course will bring a sweat on but put that all together and you will feel better, look better and be even more determined to reach your goals whatever they may be.

Online Personal Training


We offer Online training for clients who find it hard to schedule in training. Online training is great and gives you full access to our dedicated app and you have everything right there on your phone.




Personal Training


We offer one to one training which is completely unique to your level of fitness and ability.

Sessions are at days and times that suit you.


    Ladies Group Training


We specialise in Womens fitness and weight loss. We run a range of different classes such as ME TIME, ladies only bootcamps, Online Transformation programs and more coming soon.

ME TIME


Ladies ONLY fitness sessions with CHILDCARE available


Me Time classes have been running successfully for over a year and has seen over 100 ladies join the sessions.


After having my little boy, I realised that time for us mums becomes limited and we put ourselves last. exercise and staying fit and healthy gets put to the back of our minds.


This is exactly why I came up with the idea of 'ME TIME'.  Sessions that allow busy Mums a chance to exercise for an hour CHILD FREE. What more could you want than to know your child is being well looked after whilst you are able to have an hour all to yourself.


All sessions are fun and varied so everytime you come into a session you know that you will have fun (although sweaty) and meet other like minded women wanting to reach the same goals.


Children are looked after by a qualified childcare assistant and they are not far away and can be easily checked on if you more comfortable to do so.
